DELIVERY

WHAT CAN WE DELIVER?

We can carry up to 100kg per cargo bike, so you name it! We deliver legal documents, parcels, flowers, archive boxes, food and gift baskets, printing, and more. The only things we won't transport are Dangerous Goods (i.e., explosives, hazardous chemicals, bio-waste, etc).

HOW FAR DO WE DELIVER?

We deliver to and from Brisbane CBD and inner suburbs. Our regularly serviced suburbs are listed here. If your delivery needs to go beyond our range ask us anyway and we can discuss the job.

HOW QUICKLY DO WE DELIVER?

We have a range of time-frame options within which we can complete your delivery. Click here to see our levels of service and prices vary.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

We work rain, hail or shine! Our cargo boxes are 100% waterproof and we take extra care to keep your delivery dry.

What if my item is very heavy or bulky?

No worries at all! Our cargo bikes (and riders) are equipped to handle up to 100kg. Just be sure to let us know the approximate size and weight of your item(s) when booking. Small surcharges may apply (see our services page for more info).


BOOKINGS

If I place a booking now can it be delivered today?

Absolutely! BNE Messengers is all about same day and time critical deliveries. We offer a range of service options to suit the urgency of your delivery.

Can I place a booking over the phone?

Ideally we would love you to book online via our website or, if you have a login, via our online booking portal. It’s really quick and simple! If you need help or would like to place a booking over the phone call us on (07) 3708 1447.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL A BOOKING?

No problem! Best to [give us a call][2] as soon as there is a change to a booking, as we might already be on the way to the pick-up. If the cancellation or change comes too late there may be a cancellation fee as per our T&Cs.

Is there a cut-off time for bookings?

Each of the 4 levels of service we offer has its own cut-off time for booking so we can ensure your delivery gets where it needs to be within our promised timeframes. Take a look at our services page here for more information.

CAN I PRE-BOOK A REGULAR OR WEEKLY DELIVERY?

Sure thing. You will need to have an account with us to do so. Once set-up we will be there just like clockwork. Regular deliveries may also be eligible for a discounted rate depending on regularity and volume.

DO YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT TO USE US?

Not at all. We accept cash and credit card on pick-up or delivery. You can get a quote here or give us a call on (07) 3708 1447.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING AN ACCOUNT?

An account allows you to create a booking immediately from a computer or smart phone. Clients with an account are offered bank transfer for fortnightly invoices and enjoy special discounts.

HOW DO I SET-UP AN ACCOUNT?

It's easy and completely free. To set-up an account either send us an email or fill out the form here and we’ll create a login for you ASAP.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

We offer competitive rates starting from $6.60 depending on size, urgency and distance. For more details, see our pricing structure here.

We accept cash or credit card on pick-up or delivery. For clients with an account we offer bank transfer and fortnightly invoicing.
