DISTANCE SURCHARGE
Pick ups and deliveires outside the Brisbane CBD zone incur a surcharge of $2.00 per suburb travelled.
Waiting time fee
The first 5 minutes is free of charge. Every 5 minute wait thereafter will incur a $2.50 surcharge.
Overweight
The first 10kg is free of charge. Every 10kg thereafter will incur a $5.00 surcharge.
Bulky items
Items that weigh less than 10kg but are still considered bulky may incur a surcharge at the courier's discretion. Please be very specific when booking anything of larger size.
Cancellation fee
Cancellations made after booking acceptance by our courier or after pick-up of an item may incur a cancellation fee.
